My mother lives at the community, and I feel very confident knowing she is so well cared for. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and hardworking, and I can see how attentive they are whenever I visit. Her room is always clean, her laundry is done, and she enjoys the activities. My parents live at the community, and I’ve been very impressed with how responsive and communicative the management and care team are. When I raise an issue, I hear back quickly, and things get addressed. The nurses are accessible and respectful, and the housekeeping and maintenance teams do a consistently dependable job. The building and grounds always look well-kept and welcoming, and overall, my parents feel safe and comfortable there.
