“My mom moved into [Mira Vie] in August 2022. It’s been nothing but a pleasant experience. Craig and Kelly were excellent! Nursing care was wonderful, the process couldn’t have been easier, and my mom couldn’t be happier. Thank you everyone at [Mira Vie] Tinton Falls.”

“Had a tour for my mom a few weeks ago with Kelley Murphy. I had two other tours that same day. Kelley was incredible, she “dumbed” the process down for me, and educated me rather than selling me. Most of all, she was caring and compassionate! My mother doesn’t have a lot of money. With that being said, other tours at other places rushed my tour to 30 minutes or faster. Kelley went out of her way to give me VA information and many other resources. She didn’t have to take her time to do that. Kelley mentioned many times that [Mira Vie] does things the “right way” and I believe it. Kelley deserves recognition for her caring heart. She may forget me, but I will never forget the way she helped me during the most difficult time of my life.”

I have never felt the professionalism and care that I have felt as I have interacted with the [Mira Vie] at Tinton Falls staff. Kelly Murphy is the most incredible professional. She has listened to all of our concerns and has responded above and beyond with such personal care and concern. She has understood our urgency to move my mother and she has been outstanding in ensuring this successful transition. Karen, the nurse who assessed my mother, showed more knowledge and understanding of the gerontological resident better than any other nurse with whom we have interacted. Craig, the executive director, has demonstrated his responsiveness to the resident and extended family. We feel so delighted that we have been able to meet this incredible team of professionals and that my mother will become a part of this caring community!”

“Mom moved into [Mira Vie] about a year ago after a summer in a hospital and rehab facility. She was depressed and felt hopeless and isolated. She was nearly wheelchair-bound, fell asleep mid-sentence, and had myriad of other problems. She thought she went to [Mira Vie] to die. Instead, at [Mira Vie] she got better. After one year at [Mira Vie], she can out-pace me with her walker, needs no help getting out of a chair, has a group of resident friends, and she enjoys her life again. Her health issues are all under control. All the staff at [Mira Vie], from maintenance and kitchen staff on up to the executive director, are super friendly and responsive. I’ve told mom I’d take her back home to care for her there if she wants to leave, but she refuses. She is happy staying at [Mira Vie]. [Mira Vie] is family.”

“My name is Kelly Amato and my mom, Linda McLaren, became a resident at [Mira Vie] of Tinton Falls back in July of 2023. I cannot say enough about the staff they have been so professional and made this experience so much easier on both myself and my mom. This was not an easy transition but with the guidance and empathy from the staff it made it so much easier. Some staff that stick out to me are Kelly and Craig who guided me through the process and made me feel at ease with leaving my mom in their care. Karen, the head nurse, went over everything with me and spoke with with my mom with such empathy and sensitivity. Robin, the activities coordinator, went out of her way to introduce my mom to hers really made me so at peace that my mom would have a friend right away. Cheyenne is so kind working the front desk and professional every time I call or have a question. I am so thankful for all of these people that have been put into my Mom’s life and mine.
