“The staff was extremely helpful and friendly from my first call. We were on a tight timeline as our loved one was being released from a rehab and was not allowed to go home alone as she needed assistance. They answered all of our questions and made sure that everything was handled with the rehab to ensure a safe and timely transfer. On move-in day, they were ready and waiting for her and provided her with a warm and friendly welcome!”

“Joyel and the other staff members at [Mira Vie] at Clifton are fantastic! They have gone over and above being helpful. When the facility opened, we had our family member transferred from [Mira Vie] at Warren to [Mira Vie] at Clifton. Because of a mix-up on the part of the movers, his bed was left behind in Warren. We tried all day to find someone to bring the bed to Clifton with no luck. Joyel saved the day for us! She and another couple of staff members went out and rented a truck and drove to Warren and brought the bed to Clifton! I thought that was just incredible! I couldn’t thank them enough. The team members here at [Mira Vie] at Clifton are warm, caring, and responsive to the needs of the residents. I’m so happy we chose [Mira Vie] at Clifton!”

“I cannot say enough about [Mira Vie] and the staff that make it all happen. They are a group of really incredible people! Kevin, Kai, all of the front desk staff, all of the nurses and aides, all of the kitchen staff, everyone (and I mean everyone) is so professional, so incredibly kind, so welcoming and always very accommodating, just to name a few things. They always have tons of activities for the residents and lots of events where family is invited to participate. The facility is extremely clean and the food is always excellent.
